WHO ARE YOU ROTTING FOR?

Are your friends, godly, uplifting, edifying, fresh like the morning dew?

Or are they like decay/rot in your bones?

Do your favorite acquaintances walk together with you down the path of righteousness, glorifying Christ Name all the day long?

Or are they dragging you by your neck down a road full of evil vile things?

Their mouth is either full of grace, seasoned with salt or like a scoundrel who plots evil, whose speech is like a scorching fire.

Do they celebrate with you when you rejoice and sit with you when you are sick?

Or do they celebrate when you are sick and sit sullen when you rejoice?

Do they want whats best for you, or do they toxically strip from you your very essence?

WHO ARE YOU ROTTING FOR?

TURN YOUR ROTTING INTO ROOTING FOR THE SAVIOR OF YOUR SOUL!

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers. Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish. Psalm1:1-6

Suffering?

Are you going through a painful illness, a trying trial, barren lonesomeness, or a long lasting hard to solve difficulty? Be encouraged, take heart. Endure dear one. God is your help.

For he has not despised or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help. Psalm 22:24

My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life. Psalms 119:50

We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. Romans 5:3-5

GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH, A VERY PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE. Psalm 46:1
